pk40 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Debit Card, Raast, and 1LINK. All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk40 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited to your pk40 account must be legitimately yours. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, use borrowed funds with the intent of gambling, or use payment methods that are not legally registered in your own name. pk40 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC procedures.
The minimum deposit amount on pk40 is PKR 100 across all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account tier — these limits are displayed during the deposit flow in your account dashboard.
pk40 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the names of individuals other than the account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay or bet settlement, pk40 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. pk40's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. pk40 does not guarantee any return on wagered funds. Past game performance does not indicate future results. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
You may close your pk40 account at any time by contacting pk40 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within standard processing timeframes.
pk40 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a regulatory risk, or that the account holder is not eligible to use the platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk40's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk40 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the licensing authority's dispute resolution process in the first instance.
Where a dispute is not resolved through the licensing authority process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. pk40's decision on the outcome of any game or bet, supported by its server logs and certified provider records, shall be considered final and binding unless demonstrably affected by a proven technical error.
